Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the lighting and wholesale sector.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our lighting solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting, wholesale, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for business purposes.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit clients on-site.
