Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the lighting and wholesale sector.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our lighting solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting, wholesale, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for business purposes.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit clients on-site.
