Responsibility
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in Bali’s key markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to ensure high performance, motivation, and adherence to company policies and sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, automotive industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence and reputation in Bali.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software; experience with automotive sales tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
