Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the security solutions market.

  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of security solutions to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in the security, IT, or technology sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with security solutions (e.g., surveillance systems, access control, cybersecurity) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
