Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the security solutions market.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of security solutions to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in the security, IT, or technology sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with security solutions (e.g., surveillance systems, access control, cybersecurity) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
