Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with traditional retail stores in assigned territories (Bali region).
- Promote and demonstrate baby products to store owners and staff, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective in-store promotions and negotiations.
- Monitor product stock levels at retail locations and coordinate with the supply chain team for replenishment.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to inform sales strategies.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and compliant with company standards.
- Provide training and support to retail staff on product knowledge, handling, and sales techniques.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, including visit logs, orders, and feedback from retailers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, baby products, or retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with retailers and customers.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Bali region and its traditional retail landscape is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure orders.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email) for reporting and communication.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territories (own transportation is an advantage).
