Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the M&E, ELV, and Data Centre Cabling sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and project management, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking progress against goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in technical sales, preferably in M&E, ELV, or Data Centre Cabling.
- Strong understanding of technical products and solutions in the specified sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
