Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business targets in the assigned area (Bali).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, architects, and engineers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Hiltiâs market presence in Bali.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to clients as needed.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.
- Represent Hilti at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, industrial, or B2B sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel extensively across Bali.
- Passion for the construction industry and a customer-centric mindset.
