Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth in digital and retail channels, focusing on diabetes care solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including e-commerce platforms, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
- Identify market trends and customer insights to inform product positioning and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize channel performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all commercial activities.
- Represent Roche at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to strengthen market presence.
- Provide training and support to retail partners to ensure effective product knowledge and customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in healthcare or FMCG.
- Proven track record of managing digital and retail channels, with a strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient access to medical solutions.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
