Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth in digital and retail channels, focusing on diabetes care solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including e-commerce platforms, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
  • Identify market trends and customer insights to inform product positioning and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize channel performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all commercial activities.
  • Represent Roche at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to strengthen market presence.
  • Provide training and support to retail partners to ensure effective product knowledge and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in healthcare or FMCG.
  • Proven track record of managing digital and retail channels, with a strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient access to medical solutions.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
