Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential B2B clients in the logistics, warehousing, and supply chain sectors to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for WMS and supply chain solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities in the WMS and supply chain space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, procurement managers, and logistics directors.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our WMS and supply chain solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maximizing profitability and client retention.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and market feedback to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in WMS, supply chain, logistics, or enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a hunter role, with a focus on new business development.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), supply chain technologies, and ERP integrations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to travel within Bali or regionally as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
