Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s construction market, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s client base and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and government agencies.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, operations) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and revenue targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the construction or real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s construction market, including regulatory requirements and key players.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
