Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Promote and sell products by understanding customer needs, providing recommendations, and highlighting key features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
- Maintain store presentation standards by organizing merchandise, restocking inventory, and ensuring a clean, inviting environment.
- Monitor and track sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory levels to meet or exceed targets.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and personalized service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong product knowledge and ability to engage customers with enthusiasm and confidence.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems or cash registers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the retail schedule.
