Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including contract manufacturers and OEMs.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
  • Provide expert product recommendations and technical support to clients based on their electronic component needs.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitive pricing to offer strategic insights.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate client records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in inside sales, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic components, supply chain dynamics, or technical sales is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
