Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the company’s telecom client portfolio in Bali and beyond.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized telecom solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of market demands.
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and reports to senior management and clients.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through effective pipeline management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the telecommunications, IT, or tech industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Experience in B2B sales and managing complex sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
- Familiarity with telecom products and services (e.g., cloud solutions, connectivity, VoIP, cybersecurity) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
