Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Present, promote, and sell company products/services using persuasive sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and activity logs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or a related role (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the Bali market (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Own motorcycle and valid driving license (required for field mobility).
