Responsibility
- Conduct engaging in-store product demonstrations for electronic devices (e.g., smartphones, gadgets, home appliances) to potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions to drive informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with retail partners to ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and stock availability.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to report back to the sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new product launches and industry trends.
- Represent the brand professionally at events, trade shows, or pop-up activations as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (electronics/retail industry preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for technology and ability to explain technical product details in simple terms.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing/business is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with diverse customer groups.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on retail demands.
