Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand Nexus Wise’s nutraceutical ingredient portfolio in domestic and international markets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, distributors, and manufacturers to establish long-term partnerships.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and promote new nutraceutical products, ensuring alignment with market demands.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent Nexus Wise and build brand visibility.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and value-added service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in nutraceuticals are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or product management within the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or health supplement industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
- Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients, regulatory compliance, and industry standards (e.g., FDA, GMP, Halal, Organic).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are advantageous.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 30%).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
