Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote SDI industrial equipment and after-sales services, driving revenue growth in the Bali market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to deliver seamless after-sales service, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive post-sales experience.
- Represent Sime Industrial at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment, manufacturing, or after-sales service sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Experience in managing customer relationships and providing exceptional post-sales support.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
