Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Bali construction market, focusing on key areas such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and other high-growth regions.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including architects, contractors, developers, and government agencies, to promote Philmetalâs products and solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients, including product demonstrations, specifications, and custom solutions tailored to their project needs.
- Collaborate with the engineering and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and sales materials that highlight the benefits of our products.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities in the construction sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor project pipelines, track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management on progress and challenges.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance Philmetalâs brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales, preferably in the construction, building materials, or real estate industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, building systems, and project specifications.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali to meet clients and attend industry events.
