Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) to drive Bima product sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability, pricing, and merchandising standards.
- Implement promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives to boost product visibility and sales.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities and consumer trends, to inform sales strategies.
- Provide training and support to retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts using company tools and systems.
- Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely product deliveries and resolve any logistics issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in FMCG sales, retail, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- High level of loyalty, integrity, and commitment to achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali's retail landscape and local market dynamics is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territories (own transportation is preferred).
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry.
