Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in Bali’s competitive automotive market.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed performance benchmarks and deliver exceptional results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and other key locations to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, dealer KPIs, and market share, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, incentives, and promotions with dealers to maximize profitability and market penetration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding market share, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of Bali’s automotive market and dealer networks (experience in the region is a significant advantage).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and performance tracking.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial but not required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
