Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets in assigned territories.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand the customer base.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our distribution services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to foster client loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in distribution or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional local language proficiency is a plus).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and access to transportation are advantageous.
