Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in Bali, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and explore upsell opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings across Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in Bali or a similar market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
