Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s market share in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity and skill development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Experience managing and coaching a sales team, with a focus on performance improvement and professional growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting.
