As a Sales Executive for IVD Products, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our high-quality diagnostic tools, ensuring clients receive innovative solutions that enhance patient care. Your expertise in sales, combined with a passion for the medical and laboratory industry, will help us strengthen our presence in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for IVD products in Bali.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and distributors, to expand market share.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and technical specifications of diagnostic solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales approaches and stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for local markets.
- Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and training, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biology, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales, preferably in in vitro diagnostics or laboratory equipment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia is a plus.
