In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying and engaging with business owners, operations managers, and key decision-makers to promote our innovative POS systems. Your ability to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals will directly contribute to our mission of empowering businesses with seamless, technology-driven operations.

Based in Bali’s thriving commercial areas—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to refine our offerings and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibility

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business owners, operations managers, and key stakeholders in Bali’s retail and hospitality sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the adoption of Mekari POS solutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market feedback to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the POS, SaaS, or fintech industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail and hospitality operations and technology needs.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
