Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, operations managers, and key stakeholders in Bali's retail and hospitality sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Mekari POS's market presence in Bali.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the POS or SaaS industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Knowledge of Bali's retail and hospitality market is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
