Your expertise in business development will play a pivotal role in accelerating adoption of Mekari POS, Indonesia’s leading point-of-sale system, across Bali’s most vibrant commercial hubs.

Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business owners, operations managers, and key decision-makers in Bali’s retail and hospitality sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Mekari POS adoption across target markets.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points.
- Present and demonstrate Mekari POS solutions to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in the POS or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of the retail, hospitality, or F&B industries in Bali.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
