Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for BYD DENZA electric vehicles in Bali.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and test drives, highlighting the unique features, benefits, and sustainability advantages of DENZA’s premium EV lineup.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and dealership partners to drive sales growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and government incentives for electric vehicles to provide accurate and compelling sales pitches.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to organize and participate in local events, roadshows, and digital campaigns to increase brand visibility.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, market analysis, and customer feedback to management.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all sales interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with luxury or electric vehicles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong understanding of electric vehicle technology, charging infrastructure, and sustainability benefits.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is an advantage.
