Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable smart digital display solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer outreach and in-store promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, discounts, and special offers.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or tech products is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales effectively.
- Basic understanding of digital displays, smartphones, or tech gadgets is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
