Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic B2B business plans to drive revenue growth in the FMCG, healthcare, and engineering sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to optimize commercial strategies and deliver measurable results.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on business performance, market insights, and growth opportunities to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B commercial management, preferably in FMCG, healthcare, or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in contract management, pricing strategies, and commercial risk assessment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
