Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including architects, interior designers, and contractors.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets across all product verticals (wallpaper, carpets, blinds, flooring).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in the home decor sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade shows to boost brand visibility.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry standards, and emerging technologies in home interiors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory for fresh grads).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
