Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the General Trade channel.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and increase product visibility in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to drive sales growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess sales performance, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports using Microsoft Excel to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, merchandising, and trade activations.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits for assigned accounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a focus on General Trade channels.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
