Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to introduce Winback’s aesthetic device to clinics, hospitals, and medical spas in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, clinic managers, and procurement teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our medical devices.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Indonesian market.
- Provide after-sales support, including training and troubleshooting, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of 2+ years in medical/pharmaceutical sales or a similar B2B sales role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage high-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry, particularly medical devices or aesthetic treatments, is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or field-based setting.
- Excellent command of English and Indonesian (both written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
