Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for sanitary products.
- Lead project teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and retailers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales campaigns with brand objectives.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in sanitary or FMCG products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
