Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets in Bali's construction market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and retail partners.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our building materials.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Monitor sales pipelines and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales collateral.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials or construction-related products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials and industry standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
