This role offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement with a primary base in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, providing the flexibility to balance professional growth with Bali’s vibrant lifestyle. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the PVD and high-tech sectors.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized PVD solutions that address client pain points and drive long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities in Southeast Asia.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals, contracts, and sales presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Represent Orion Technology at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in PVD, semiconductor, industrial equipment, or high-tech industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to travel regionally (up to 30%) for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment.
  • Knowledge of PVD processes, thin-film coatings, or related technologies is a significant advantage.
