Responsibility

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share in Bali’s competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and close deals.
  • Identify and pursue emerging business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing, logistics, and customer service initiatives.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while providing accurate forecasts and reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 3+ years in outdoor sales, B2B sales, or account management, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across Bali.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
