Note: This is a contract-based position with the potential for long-term collaboration.

Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive bancassurance sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Educate clients on insurance products, including life, health, and investment-linked policies, and recommend solutions tailored to their financial goals.
  • Conduct needs-based assessments to identify client requirements and present suitable insurance plans.
  • Collaborate with bank staff to organize promotional events, workshops, and seminars to increase product awareness.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales service, including policy servicing, claims assistance, and client follow-ups.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards in all sales and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, bancassurance, or financial services (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, banking operations, or financial planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships in a professional manner.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings and promotional events.
