Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential merchants through direct sales, cold calling, and networking
  • Present GoPay’s payment solutions and demonstrate their benefits to business owners
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for merchant acquisition and activation
  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential business segments and locations
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure merchant satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve merchant inquiries and technical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and merchant data in CRM systems
  • Stay updated on fintech trends and competitive offerings to refine sales strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse merchant profiles
  • Familiarity with digital payment systems or financial technology is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and adjacent regions as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
