Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client retention in the semiconductor sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and target prospects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical, marketing, logistics) to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and client demands.
- Prepare and present persuasive proposals, contracts, and reports to stakeholders and clients.
- Monitor and report on account performance metrics, including sales targets, revenue, and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the semiconductor, electronics, or technology industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor products, supply chains, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
