Responsibility

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting the benefits of solar energy solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solar energy proposals that meet client requirements and budget constraints.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, businesses, and government entities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to position AQ Energy as a market leader.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to promote AQ Energy’s brand and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems, sustainability practices, or related technologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
