Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the GLOMAX product portfolio in Bali’s B2B and industrial markets.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers in target industries (manufacturing, construction, logistics, etc.) to generate high-value leads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase GLOMAX solutions, addressing client pain points with tailored proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless project delivery and after-sales service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to track performance against KPIs (e.g., revenue targets, conversion rates).
  • Participate in industry trade shows and networking events to build brand awareness and partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, or project sales, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Deep understanding of industrial products, supply chains, and client procurement processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with C-level executives and technical buyers.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
