Based in the heart of Bali—covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung—you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our industrial and manufacturing clients. Your ability to negotiate, strategize, and close deals will be instrumental in positioning Orion Advisory as a leader in the PVD and surface coating industry.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the PVD and surface coating sector.
- Identify, engage, and nurture key accounts and prospects across Bali, with a focus on industrial, aerospace, and automotive sectors.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the PVD industry.
- Collaborate with technical and R&D teams to customize PVD solutions that align with client specifications and industry standards.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to high-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Represent Orion Advisory at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in PVD coatings, industrial materials, or high-tech manufacturing.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of PVD technologies, applications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Southeast Asia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
