Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets in the manufacturing sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in Indonesia and China.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts in both English and Mandarin.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, production) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients while ensuring profitability.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
