Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct in-person sales visits to potential clients in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding Bali areas to pitch Rentokil Initial’s services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in local businesses, hotels, and commercial establishments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline updates and revenue forecasts.
  • Represent Rentokil Initial at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions in Bali.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the pest control, hygiene, or facilities management industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
