Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct in-person sales visits to potential clients in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding Bali areas to pitch Rentokil Initialās services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in local businesses, hotels, and commercial establishments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline updates and revenue forecasts.
- Represent Rentokil Initial at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the pest control, hygiene, or facilities management industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
