Responsibility
- Consult with clients to understand their interior design needs, preferences, and budget.
- Develop and present customized design solutions that align with client expectations and company offerings.
- Provide expert advice on product selection, materials, and space optimization.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and design innovations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design, furniture, or home improvement industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Creative mindset with a passion for interior design and space planning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills to drive sales performance.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
