As the Area Sales Manager, you will oversee daily sales operations, ensuring compliance with company standards while achieving targeted sales volumes. Your strategic approach will strengthen our presence in the General Trade sector, fostering long-term relationships with retailers and distributors.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the General Trade sector.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and stakeholders in the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, sales processes, and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and resolve operational challenges.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to optimize product availability and promotional activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the FMCG or dairy industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in General Trade.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based setting while managing a remote team.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
