Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential sector, focusing on energy management, smart home solutions, and sustainability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, architects, contractors, and homeowners.
  • Create and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, and sales) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position Schneider Electric as a market leader.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and proactive outreach.
  • Provide post-sales support, including training, troubleshooting, and follow-ups to ensure long-term client retention.
  • Represent Schneider Electric at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the residential, real estate, or smart home technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of energy management, IoT, or home automation solutions is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
