Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you’ll work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with the support of a global leader in energy management and automation.
Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential sector, focusing on energy management, smart home solutions, and sustainability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, architects, contractors, and homeowners.
- Create and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, and sales) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position Schneider Electric as a market leader.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and proactive outreach.
- Provide post-sales support, including training, troubleshooting, and follow-ups to ensure long-term client retention.
- Represent Schneider Electric at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the residential, real estate, or smart home technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of energy management, IoT, or home automation solutions is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
