Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to promote IFG Life Insurance products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for bancassurance products.
- Conduct product training and presentations for bank staff to enhance their understanding of insurance offerings.
- Provide personalized financial advisory to bank clients, identifying their needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all bancassurance operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and partnership activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, banking operations, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
