Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to promote IFG Life Insurance products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for bancassurance products.

  • Provide personalized financial advisory to bank clients, identifying their needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all bancassurance operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and partnership activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
