Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the automation, semiconductor, and electronics sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A background in semiconductor, automation, or electronics is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor, automation, electrical, electronics, or robotics industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
