Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and clients to drive project sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential and commercial furniture market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the Majuhome brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture, interior design, or retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of interior design trends and furniture products is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
